Friday Night Dinner Ride....Yes ride!!!!! 5-2-14

Since Cinco de Mayo is on Monday, we opted for Mexican food on our Friday Night Dinner Ride.  Doreen suggested a little restaurant in Chickasha for our Dos de Mayo.  The name is Temazcal...can't even say it so it has to be good, right?!

The weather is supposed to be perfect, so plans are to ride!!!!

We have an hour ride to Chickasha from Yukon, so we are on the rode by 6pm.  Did I mention that the weather was supposed to be great!!!  Well, it didn't disappoint us.

The ride was nothing exciting other than we are actually out in the sun, and the weather is being quite cooperative.

We pull up to the restaurant and looks like we are the first group to arrive.  Diana & Chris had stopped at the house, so we rode together.  Looked so nice to see their white bike in our rear view mirror.

Doreen, Alan, Brandon and Joey were the next to arrive.  Looks like Joey's grandma had come from Anadarko to have dinner with us as well!!!  Joey was going to go to her house after dinner.

We hear Steve & Jennifer coming over the bridge.  That makes our group complete tonight.

They set up tables for us, and we eat.  I have to say it was really good, and I would go back for sure.  The margarita was quite tasty also.  Only issue we had was that it was freezing at our table.  It was soooooo cold.  We turned the blinds to direct the air another way...That didn't help.....then Chris got up and turned it off.  That was perfect.

As we got ready to leave, we noticed that the other part of the little restaurant was not as cold as our spot.  Hmmm, maybe that was why that air was on high...LOL....Oh well!!!

Doreen, Allen and Brandon head back home, and we take the back roads home.  We had discussed stopping at a casino in Newcastle.  So, we did just that!

Jennifer gave us some valuable hints on what machines to play and how to spend our money.  Now we know why we are never winners....Of course, it couldn't have to do with how little money we actually spend.  I just hate to lose $$.

Our lungs were full of cigarette smoke, and we had gotten all the information that could possibly put us in the "winner's" circle for once in our life.  Thanks Jennifer for all your tips.

The ride home was cool, but considering how cold it has actually been this Spring, it was nice.  All in all it was a really nice evening.  Enjoyed our FNDR.  Hope all who attended did the same.  :)
